I was a first-time home buyer and fairly apprehensive about the entire home buying process. Matt is incredibly personable, very knowledgeable, and extremely responsive to communications. He sent me a variety of available properties and worked with me to narrow down what kinds of properties I was interested in. His schedule is very flexible and he was always willing to show me whatever properties I was interested in seeing, including evenings and weekends. When I was ready to make an offer, and then later when my offer was accepted, Matt always kept me informed of all the details and made sure that I understood everything. Throughout the entire process, I never felt alone. Matt took something that made me apprehensive and made me feel at ease. I can now proudly say that I am a homeowner and I have Matt to thank for it.

"Sherry and Matt are real estate gymnasts!! They bend over backwards to make sure you get what you need!! The Wrens represented me in both the purchase of my new home and the sale of my last home.
