About Matt

As a REALTOR® affiliated with Harry Norman, REALTORS®, I have represented both buyers and sellers of single-family homes, townhomes, and condos in the greater Atlanta area. I've helped buyers with every step from search through closing. For sellers, our pre-listing consultations advise you on how to prepare your home to be put on the market. Our comprehensive marketing plan, extensive network, and pro-active approach put your property in front of thousands of potential buyers and real estate agents who work with buyers.  

I have also represented the landlord of rental property multiple times, successfully leasing the residential property to qualified tenants. This allows the landlord to keep increasing equity in the property through appreciation and paying down the mortgage, while the rental income earned covers the monthly expenses of the property.I am a second-generation real estate agent, on a team with Sherry Wren at Harry Norman. The Wren team has combined experience of over 45 years in residential real estate.  

I earned BBA degrees in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Georgia, and an M.S. in Building Construction from Georgia Tech.I enjoy being involved in the community and in the past have organized a triathlon training camp for 25 under-resourced youth, served as a youth mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters, and volunteered as a youth mentor at KIPP Woodson Park Academy on the west side of Atlanta. I am a member of Capital City Club.

I purchased a home in Buckhead in 2013, where I live with my wife Melissa and our daughters Laila and Gabrielle. We enjoy hiking, exploring the city’s restaurants and hanging out with friends around Atlanta and surrounding areas. I also enjoy exercising, cycling, running and tennis.
